Introduction & Eligibility

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the jta99 platform and all its services. By accessing the jta99 website or registering an account, you automatically agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

jta99 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on this page.

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on jta99, the following conditions must be met:

The applicant must be at least 21 years of age.
Each person may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, identity, or device is not permitted.
All information provided during account registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
Keeping account passwords and login details confidential is the user's own responsibility.
Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to jta99 support immediately.

jta99 may request documents for identity verification at any time. Failure to provide documents may result in the account being suspended or closed.

Single Account Policy

Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts and associated balances may be forfeited.

Account Security

The user is fully responsible for all activity on their account. Allowing third parties to use your account is not permitted.

Deposit (Deposit) & Withdrawal Policy

jta99 supports transactions via Bangladesh's commonly used mobile banking and financial methods. Accepted payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount for any method is ৳100.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount for any method is ৳1,000.

Withdrawal Timeframe

Request processing is generally completed within 30 minutes to 3 hours.

Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

At the time of a withdrawal request, the account must have a sufficient balance and the user's identity verification must be complete. Users are encouraged to withdraw using the same payment method used for the deposit. jta99 reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal request if fraud is suspected.

Transferring funds to a third-party account or in another person's name is strictly prohibited. Violation of this rule risks account closure and forfeiture of the balance.

Bonus & Promotion Terms

jta99 offers various types of bonuses and promotions for new and regular members. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be fulfilled.

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount.

Example — 1

Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500. To withdraw the bonus, bets of ৳1,500 × 10 = ৳15,000 must be placed.

Example — 2

Deposit ৳22,000 → Bonus ৳15,000 (maximum limit) → Total balance ৳37,000.

4.2 General Bonus Rules

Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
Bonuses are usable only in the respective user's own account and cannot be transferred to anyone else.
If unusual or systematic betting behavior for the purpose of earning bonuses (bonus abuse) is detected, jta99 reserves the right to cancel the bonus.
Multiple bonuses cannot be used at the same time unless the promotion's terms explicitly allow it.
jta99 may change or cancel any promotion without prior notice.

Gaming Conduct & Prohibited Activities

jta99 is committed to maintaining a fair and secure gaming environment. The following activities are strictly prohibited, and if detected, may result in account cancellation and forfeiture of associated funds:

Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
Hacking gaming software, using bots, or any form of technical manipulation.
Collusion — conspiring with other players to influence outcomes.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
Intentionally exploiting technical errors or bugs for personal gain.
Inappropriate or threatening behavior toward platform staff or other users.

Funds or winnings credited by mistake due to a technical error will not be considered valid, and jta99 reserves the right to reverse them.

VIP Program & Cashback Policy

jta99's VIP program has three tiers. By staying regularly active, users can advance to higher tiers and access greater benefits.

Bronze

Up to 0.3% cashback per week. New members join at this tier and can move up through regular betting.

Silver

Up to 0.7% cashback per week. Users can advance from Bronze to Silver through regular activity.

Gold

Up to 1.0% cashback per week. The tier with the highest benefits and priority support.

Cashback is calculated weekly and credited directly to the account balance. Wagering requirements may apply to cashback. jta99 reserves the right to change VIP criteria.

Security & Data Protection

jta99 uses SSL encryption technology to protect users' personal information and financial data. The platform uses verified gaming software to ensure fair play.

User information is not sold to third parties.
A limited amount of information may be shared for the purpose of account verification and fraud prevention.
Users may request access to or deletion of their own data at any time.

Responsible Gaming Policy

jta99 believes that gaming should be an entertainment activity. Excessive gambling can cause financial and psychological harm. For this reason, we place the highest importance on responsible gaming.

Users can contact support to set their own deposit limits.
If you feel that gaming is getting out of control, you can request a temporary account break (self-exclusion).
We strongly urge users not to bet beyond their financial means.
jta99 may take necessary action if addictive behavior is suspected.

Limitation of Liability

jta99 strives to ensure uninterrupted service, but is not liable for losses arising from the following situations:

A game being interrupted mid-session due to internet disconnection or technical failure.
Force majeure events (natural disasters, government directives, cyberattacks, etc.).
Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or breach of these Terms.
Delays or errors by third-party payment providers.

jta99's maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the actual deposit amount of the user concerned.

Account Suspension & Closure

jta99 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following cases:

Breach of any clause in these Terms.
An account opened with false or misleading information.
Detection of fraud, deception, or suspicious financial activity.
Evidence of operating multiple accounts.
Upon instruction from law enforcement agencies or court order.

Users may also request account closure at any time through support. If a valid balance exists, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided, subject to conditions being met.

Dispute Resolution & Contact

If a complaint or dispute arises, please contact our support team first. We will work to reach a resolution through discussion.

We aim to provide an initial response within 72 hours of a complaint being submitted. Complex matters may take longer to resolve. If a resolution cannot be reached through discussion, jta99 may consider the option of mediation.

In any interpretation of these Terms, the Bengali version shall be considered final.

Terms Amendment & Effectiveness

jta99 reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Revised Terms take effect as soon as they are published on this page. Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

Even if any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between jta99 and the user and supersede any prior oral or written understandings.
